Rakuten TARAD.com has released LINE stickers of lovely Happy Panda on 10/31. They are stickers require serial number for sure. However, you don’t have to purchase products to get serial number. Free serial number is available to get as long as you create an account for Rakuten. Just follow the steps in instructions below.

1. Launch LINE and add official account Rakuten TARAD.com as friend on LINE.
2. Click here to visit the official website of Happy Panda.
3. Slide screen down to switch this page into PC version. And then login Rakuten with your FB account.
4. Click on OK. Next, you need to type new password in.
5. Your Rakuten account is registered when green words appear.
6. Click here to login Rakuten again. You will receive 2 serial numbers right away. Please remember these numbers.
The following steps are different：
7. Launch LINE and key in→ line://shop/detail/3280?serial=your first serial number.
8. The page will switch to other page by auto. Please enter 2 sets of serial numbers.
9. Stickers are available now.
- Connect your mobile to server of Thailand. (If you’ve registered phone number of TH, then skip this step.)
